What You Will Do:

We are looking for a talented Procurement Analyst to join our team at Astronautics Corporation of America. As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting procurement activities, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring purchasing records are accurate and up to date. Your problem-solving skills will be essential to providing high-quality service to our organization. This role will be based at our headquarters in Oak Creek, WI, reporting directly to the sourcing manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve and manage files, records, data, and documents for processing needs.
  • Support document control by monitoring, recording, and filing department documents.
  • Assist in managing RFI/RFQs/RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier files.
  • Handle procurement-related documents such as NDAs, supplier forms, and returns.
  • Write purchase orders and requests for quotes, and expedite purchase orders.
  • Undertake additional job responsibilities and tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills with excellent communication abilities.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
