Cole' Concierge Services is HIRING IMMEDIATELY FEMALE CAREGIVERS/ CNA'S IN THE Westchase AREA.

Immediate Hire Shift needed is 11am-7pm (Monday-Thursday) and Friday 7am-7am


Our hourly rate begins at $13, but this can vary depending on the specifics of each care case, not necessarily on caregiver experience.

This base rate serves as a starting point, with potential adjustments based on the unique needs and complexities of each caregiving assignment.

Some cases may pay up to $18 or more per hour, while others may be as low as $13 per hour.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic life support and patient care services.
  • Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate medical documentation.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and physiology.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist with catheter care and other medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver highquality care.
  • Adapt to various care settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Basic life support certification
  • Patient care experience
  • Knowledge of EMR and EHR systems
  • Understanding of medical terminology
  • Ability to provide catheter care
  • Experience in caregiving or CNA role
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with individuals with diverse healthcare needs
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different care settings
