As a friendly Hotel Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in all aspects of finding and managing sales opportunities across various market segments for our hotel.
Pay:
$20.00 Per Hour
Job Type:
Full-Time
Schedule:
Weekdays & every other Saturday
Shift: 8:30am - 4:30PM
Responsibilities:
Take charge of selling and coordinating meetings, seminars, and events for all market segments
Prepare contracts and proposals, and handle payment transactions
Keep all correspondence organized and easily accessible through meticulous typing and filing
Respond to phone inquiries about hotel availability and provide group rates
Support the Front Desk and assist with making reservations
Provide weekly reports to other departments regarding upcoming scheduled events
Effectively communicate event needs to all hotel departments
Manage the Wedding Segment and Meeting Room Rentals
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years hotel front desk experience or sales experience *preferred but not required*Excellent telephone communications skills
Ability to meet one-on-one with individuals, such as brides or meeting room contact
Strong organization skills and effective time management skills
