As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will provide exceptional support to our visitors during their stay, ensuring a welcoming, polite, and efficient experience through assistance with luggage and sharing local insights.

Key Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent is required; experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication skills are essential for conveying information clearly.

Ability to assess and choose among different courses of action swiftly and accurately.

Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

Core Responsibilities:
Approach all interactions with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.


Maintain regular attendance in accordance with The Charles Hotel standards, adapting to the hotel's needs.

Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the appropriate uniform and name tag while on duty (as per brand standards).

Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.

Welcome guests warmly.

Assist with loading and unloading luggage carts.

Guide guests to their accommodations.

Manage luggage check-in and storage with appropriate tagging.

Deliver messages to meeting spaces.

Provide flowers and packages to guest rooms.

Facilitate room changes as necessary.

Keep an updated list of local attractions, events, and activities to recommend to guests.

Maintain a directory of local transportation options, places of worship, sports venues, etc.

Support the housekeeping team with guest requests.

Ensure the lobby information board is accurate.

Offer information, maps, and directions as needed.

Open doors for guests.

Answer phones to assist guest service representatives.

Conduct house counts using computer systems.

Show guest rooms and suites as required, highlighting company amenities.

Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
