Overview of the position:
- Conduct actuarial analysis for Health and Benefits as an Analyst at Aon Consulting, Inc., based in Chicago, Illinois.
- Provide support to actuaries in insurance and financial actuarial services by offering analytical and project assistance.
- Analyze data to detect and resolve inconsistencies.
- Prepare benefit pricing for insurance renewals and financial reports.
- Assist in negotiating insurance rates based on plan history and risk changes.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Access, and PowerPoint for data collection and analysis.
- Engage in market reviews, analyze quotations, and compile client reports.
- Maintain awareness of group systems and products related to insurance consulting.
- Telecommuting options available within the U.S.
- Competitive annual salary between $79,040 and $118,400.
Success requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in actuarial analysis.

- Strong skills in preparing benefit pricing, using Microsoft Office tools, and conducting market reviews.
- Experience in projects related to risk simulations and drugs utilization review.
