Job Summary:
The Business Analyst II will play a key role in translating business needs into requirements, analyzing business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs, and determining specific business requirements to address specific business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

- Act as liaison to other teams to address questions/issues.
Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills:
- Managed care/PBM experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.
- Pharmacy technician experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced analytical and Excel skills strongly preferred.
Work Environment:
This position will work a hybrid model (1-2 days/week in office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of an Elevance Health PulsePoint location in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST) timezones.
