Description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. This position involves a combination of digital marketing expertise, creative content development, and a keen analytical mindset. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage diverse marketing channels, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts. Flexible hours with the option of hybrid work structure in which candidate can work remotely or from the office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies integrate seamlessly with overall business strategies.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.

  • The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in plant environment.
  • PPE required when in the plant, yard or construction areas include:
  • Hard Hat
  • Safety Glasses / Goggles
  • Steel-toed Boots
  • High Visibility Vest
  • Hearing Protection (designated areas)
  • Gloves
