Job Description

Cetera Financial Institutions (CFI) is looking for a skilled Regional Institutional Development Manager to join our team. As the Regional Institutional Development Manager, you will focus on fostering relationships with financial institutions in your assigned area while showcasing CFI's products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Expand client base by recruiting top-tier financial institutions and advisors.
  • Collaborate with management teams to integrate a large group of institutions into the firm's culture.
  • Promote Financial Institution affiliation models and drive sales resources.
  • Achieve set targets for financial performance metrics.
  • Participate in sales initiatives, industry events, and conferences to represent Cetera's value proposition.
  • Lead sales strategies in the territory and execute marketing plans effectively.
Travel Requirement: ~40%

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in financial institution channel recruitment and business development.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with partners.
  • Experience in marketing analytics and technology.
  • Strong network within Financial Institutions and adept at building relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in team environments and with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, problem-solver with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to present effectively to senior management.
Nice to have:
  • Bachelor's Degree (if required).
  • FINRA Licenses including Series 7; 66; SIE.
Compensation Range:

This role offers a base annual salary of $125,000 with a performance-based bonus and incentive package. Salaries may vary based on factors like experience and location.
