- Demonstrate expertise in payer access and affordability landscape related to company products.
- Develop an integrated business plan targeting key accounts utilizing all available resources.
- Analyze business data to identify opportunities, trends, and competition impacts, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid driver's license
- Five years of sales experience, including three years in healthcare
- Proven success influencing key stakeholders in competitive environments
- Ability to travel up to 50% with potential overnight stays
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to the designated geography
- Previous experience in institutional and mental health systems
- Specialty sales experience in the relevant therapeutic area
- Proficiency in complex reimbursement environments
- Experience with injectables and/or infusion products in institutional settings
