Regional Marketing Specialist

Join our team at Champions Group as a Regional Marketing Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in supporting multiple multi-million-dollar home services businesses within a specific region. You'll be involved in creating strategic marketing plans, analyzing outcomes, managing budgets, presenting to leadership, and most importantly, contributing to the growth of the businesses. Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Assist the Regional Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and evaluating multi-touchpoint marketing campaigns encompassing direct mail, social media, and digital channels. Coordinate marketing projects, manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Coordination and Quality Control: Coordinate, edit, and proof all marketing materials for various brands with meticulous attention to detail. This includes print ads, flyers, direct mailings, signage, online promotions, and more.
- Community Brand Building: Identify market opportunities for brand sponsorships, charitable contributions, trade shows, and other ventures. Organize and manage marketing events as needed.
- Reporting, Data Analysis, and Auditing: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, provide insightful reports and actionable recommendations to boost effectiveness. Evaluate campaign performance on platforms like Google LSA, NextDoor, HomeAdvisor, among others, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
- Social and Reputation Management: Develop and execute organic social media content for each brand. Manage content calendars, collaborate with brands on post approvals, and oversee content creation.
- Budget and Spend Management: Monitor and report on marketing budgets for each brand, ensuring accurate allocation of funds and handling invoice follow-ups for payment verification.
- Brand Communication: Prepare marketing meeting presentations, lead discussions, and provide updates on marketing initiatives. Regularly update presentation materials showcasing growth strategies, new initiatives, and campaign performance.
- Vendor/Agency Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors to facilitate successful campaign launches.
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of marketing experience in home services, local business, multi-site business, retail, or hospitality sectors preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing concepts including SEO, PPC, online review management, and social media.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with a knack for multitasking and working under pressure
- Passion for marketing – enjoys engaging in discussions on marketing strategies and driving impactful change
