Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Overview

Are you ready to take on the role of Automat Operator? You'll be responsible for running and maintaining Automat machines, ensuring production and quality standards are met. Your focus will be on safety, machine maintenance, and producing top-notch products.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor equipment during production, minimizing downtime and ensuring quality.
  • Perform machine set-up for new jobs and collaborate with Maintenance team when necessary.
  • Conduct regular inspections, quality tests, and troubleshooting to maintain machine performance.
  • Address quality issues promptly and maintain accurate production records.
  • Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Effective communication in English, commitment to safety, and basic math skills.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail, customer service orientation, and ability to follow procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing machinery operation.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand, walk, lift objects, and perform manual tasks.
  • Visual acuity, hearing, and endurance for physical work.
  • Flexibility, agility, and ability to work in varying conditions.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and wearing protective gear.
