Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the efficient operation of packaging equipment, ensuring product quality and meeting production goals.
  • Operate and adjust various equipment, including scale equipment, packaging machines, case packers, and coders, to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Prepare packaging machines for production runs, including cleaning and adjusting, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Log information from each production run and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory and lead personnel, including sanitation work.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of related experience and/or training in packaging and manufacturing operations.
  • Experience with scale, packaging, and bagger machines.
