Position Summary
LOCATED IN LINCOLN, NE


The HelpDesk/Workstation Technician will troubleshoot a wide variety of software and hardware problems via telephone, email and direct customer contact.

Respond to incoming issues, analyze and troubleshoot problems/requests, resolve the problem or triage the incident for escalation.
Perform preventative maintenance, support and configuration of PCs, printers and other peripheral equipment. Serve as first responder to end user and classroom issues. Assist with scheduling and setup of video conferencing for classrooms and/or meetings.
