Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure flawless event execution and enhance customer experiences within the hotel industry.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various departments and clients to guarantee seamless event operations and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Serve as a vital link between sales teams and customers, offering solutions and maintaining a strong presence.
  • Proactively address operational issues during events, working towards effective resolutions.
  • Manage banquet and meeting spaces to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance to sales teams on meeting client needs and supporting promotional endeavors.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in computer systems for efficient event management.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative or hospitality experience required, including relevant internships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills and tech-savviness.
  • Prior experience with Delphi software preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.

Position Details:
  • Hourly rate of $20 during temporary period and $24 upon permanent full-time employment.
  • Onsite role based in Washington, DC.
