POSITION: Client Advisor - Moncler

Are you passionate about luxury retail and client relationships? This is your chance to join Moncler as a Client Advisor and create exceptional experiences for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with clients following Moncler Selling and Service standards
  • Exceed sales goals and key retail KPIs
  • Develop long-lasting client relationships
  • Drive business by reaching out to existing and new clients
  • Maintain merchandise presentation standards
  • Follow-up on customer requests
  • Enhance product knowledge
  • Analyze personal KPIs to exceed client expectations
  • Support inventory preparation
  • Collaborate with store team
  • Additional assigned responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous luxury retail experience
  • Successful sales generation track record
  • Results-driven and customer-focused
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

ESTIMATED HOURLY RATE: $18.00 - $20.00

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part Time

WORKPLACE TYPE: On site
