Position Overview:

What we want you to own in this role:

Product Strategy:
Execute on the partnership product strategy aligned with the team's goals, market trends, and external partner objectives. Deliver innovative eyewear and accessory designs.

Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and identify emerging trends and the competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform product development and design.

Product Development:

Support the product development for partnerships from concept to launch, including writing design briefs, submitting POs, design, prototyping, testing, and
collaborate with design, engineering, third-party vendors, and manufacturing teams to ensure product specifications are met.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with all departments in the company, including manufacturing, marketing, technology, and customer service teams to ensure product alignment with partner needs and market opportunities.


Workflow Process:

Develop and support workflows, milestones, and reporting across partner products and key internal initiatives such as PR and VIP gifting, Zenni Live programming, and CSR programs.

Manage fulfillment of products including logistics, SKU and site deployment, and onsite activation support as required.

Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a role related to the optical industry
  • A passionate interest in leveraging research and cutting technologies to define the future of eyewear and eye care.
  • Excellent problemsolving and organizational talents

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of frame and lens technologies and understanding of the manufacturing of optical products
  • An enthusiastic commitment to collaborative success across diverse departmental landscapes
  • Proficient in both autonomous and teamoriented project management
  • Attention to detail and organizational finesse
  • Language proficiency in Mandarin and/or Thai is a plus

Compensation:

  • In addition to other forms of compensation like perks and benefits, the estimated range for this role is $115,000 $XXXX. The final offer will be determined based on permissible, nondiscriminatory factors such as skill set, experience, geographical location, market conditions, and other organizational needs. The Company reserves the right to change, modify, or revisit the salary range for various reasons including business needs._
