2K is a renowned developer and publisher of interactive entertainment across various gaming platforms, known for hit franchises such as NBA 2K, WWE 2K, Borderlands, and more.

Position Overview

Join the Global Partnerships team at 2K, where we are looking for a motivated individual to work on revenue-generating deals related to our core game titles.

As part of the team, you will collaborate on deals involving popular franchises like Borderlands, BioShock, XCOM, and more, focusing on enhancing our intellectual property and delivering exceptional partner integrations on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Structure, negotiate, and finalize strategic partnerships to drive revenue and brand awareness through in-game integrations, media campaigns, and promotions
  • Manage external partnerships, including asset delivery and approvals
  • Create sales materials and conduct industry analysis
  • Build and nurture relationships with partners, agencies, and licensors
  • Identify new partnership opportunities while upholding brand integrity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop effective partnership programs
  • Review contracts and oversee revenue tracking processes
  • Prepare detailed partner reports and analyze metrics
  • Forecast revenue, track performance, and analyze promotion effectiveness
  • Occasional travel required

Requirements
  • BS/BA degree required
  • 6+ years of experience in partnerships or sales, preferably in the entertainment industry
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
