Vision Care Territory Manager at Bausch Lomb

Responsibilities:
- Surpass territory sales quota and key metrics set by sales leadership.
- Conduct productive sales calls to Eye Care Practitioners (ECPs) in the designated territory, utilizing marketing materials and programs to increase Bausch Lomb's market share.
- Create business plans for high-volume customers to drive sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to acquire new customers and boost growth with existing ones.
- Demonstrate expertise in Bausch Lomb Vision Care products and competitors' products.
- Utilize CRM system to manage customer information effectively.
- Collaborate with industry distributor partners to meet customer needs and align business strategies.
- Attend key sales meetings and trade shows.
- Organize educational meetings for ECPs in strategic markets.
- Submit administrative reports promptly.
- Adhere to industry guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or professional certifications with extensive ophthalmic experience.
- 5 years of successful B2B and healthcare sales experience, with a proven track record of achievement.
- Self-motivated, independent worker with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in financial analysis and using Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to travel within a large territory, lift boxes, and perform job-related duties.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
