Duties and details for Administrative Coordinator:
Assist in coordinating and reporting of financial data
Manager accounting policies and procedures
Preparation of accounting documentation and analytical reviews
Accounts Payable/ Receivables
Completing documentation for foreign entities
Customer support
Temp-to-Hire

Qualifications for Administrative Coordinator:
Associate degree or higher preferred
Experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable and General Ledger
Accurate Data Entry using 10 Key and Keyboard
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial concepts
Outstanding Computer Skills with Financial software Sage 100 a Plus
Proficiency in MS Office
Attention to detail with data entry accuracy
Works well in fast-paced environment
Professional customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
