Responsibilities:

  • Support the Practice Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations.
  • Resolve patient issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain front office space, supplies, and equipment per UVVC standards.
  • Update patient demographics and insurance information accurately.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager to ensure clinic efficiency.
  • Assist other clinic areas as required.
  • Uphold UVVC Core Values and Standards of Conduct.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in a front desk or Office Manager role within a healthcare clinic.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to various tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent empathy, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and EHR systems.
  • Outstanding organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and reliable attendance.
