We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time position of *Principal* *Test Systems Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL)* located onsite in Tucson, Arizona.

*Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion, act as an IPTL of multi-disciplinary employees on projects in technical manufacturing and administrative areas.
  • Oversee and coordinates the administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines.
  • Analyze data gathered and develops solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to optimize performance and increase efficiency of work.
  • Facilitate project tasks with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
  • Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract.
  • Support military budget Earn Value Measurement System (EVMS) activities.
  • Experience managing a cross functional team (test personnel (electrical, software, mechanical, etc.)).
  • Presentation experience to executive and/or functional leadership analytic and program performance results for Test Systems Engineering or equivalent engineering programs.
*Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years' prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree and 5 years of experience.
  • Experience with all the functionalities of Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production/manufacturing/product qualification environments.
  • Experienced Training and understanding of EVMS or similar management tools.
  • Budget and schedule experience with Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering programs.
  • Generation of Test Systems Engineering or equivalent financial performance reports for Program Performance reviews.
  • Budget Change Request (BCR) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation for Test Systems Engineering programs.
*Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with all the functionalities of Automation Test Equipment/Unit Under Test (ATE/UUT).
  • Agile Methodologies understanding.
  • Knowledge of RF technology across Communications, Radar systems and Electro Optical/ Infrared systems.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
