Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner


Description & Qualifications

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our high-performance HR team as the Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, you will be the senior advisor/business partner for senior leaders across different functions, offering a wide range of HR services including organization optimization, leadership development, talent management, and more.

The ideal candidate will work closely with HR centers of excellence to deliver services that meet the organization's needs and drive positive business results. You will lead cultural change, challenge norms, and develop innovative solutions to global business challenges.

  • Represent the global HR function, providing HR business partner support
  • Advise and influence management on people management and leadership
  • Gain deep knowledge of business practices and drive Talent Management programs
  • Establish and report on KPIs to ensure HR program effectiveness
  • Identify talent gaps and development needs, contributing to company performance

Basic Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRBP or leadership role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience aligning HR programs with business goals in a high-growth environment
  • Experience supporting globally dispersed organizations
  • Proficiency in people analytics interpretation
  • Preferably experience in software or high-tech industry
