Position Role Type:

This position is for an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our P&C Commercial Spares finance team.

This individual will execute timely financial (G/L) closings, financial analysis, research, and forecasts to support business plans. Responsible for developing analysis and projections and conducting small projects.

This is a hybrid role located in Windsor Locks, CT. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a timely and accurate monthly financial close and quarterly accounting requirement.
  • Perform key account reconciliations.
  • Provide P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis and projections.
  • Assist with the departmental Sarbanes-Oxley testing, annual ACA reviews, and various other compliance reviews as required.
  • Perform ad hoc business and financial analysis and tasks as required by the leadership team.
  • Support monitoring past due receivables and cash collections (weekly/biweekly meetings).
  • Support annual interentity pricing load.
  • Day to day responsibilities include (not limited to): working with contract administration and distribution centers and ensuring proper cost allocation for no charge shipments.

Qualifications/ Experience Needed:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
    or **an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
    or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Accounting background
  • Microsoft office including Excel
  • HFM Experience
  • SAP Experience
