Requirements for the Marketing Generalist:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the wholesale industry, particularly in flooring, is highly preferred.
  • Strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CRM software.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse personalities and adapt to various situations.
