Insight Global is seeking a Stack Testing Senior Project Manager to support a large Civil and Environmental Engineering Client in Louisville, KY.

This client's services include environmental consulting, emissions testing, engineering, and surveying. This individual will travel up to 70% to support clients across Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and West Virginia.

The day-to-day includes:

  • Conducted and executed stationary source testing (Stack testing), including operating, maintaining, transporting, and installing stack testing equipment in field and lab settings.
  • Oversee stack testing quality in the Louisville, KY office, enforcing QA/QC standards and company protocols.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Manage stack testing data, including collection, input, analysis, and documentation.
  • Contribute to environmental reports and protocol development.
  • Maintain calibration and upkeep of all instrumentation and equipment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • B.S. or M.S. in environmental science, physical science, or engineering (or a related field)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in stationary source testing, including operating, maintaining, transporting, and installing stack testing equipment in field and lab settings.
  • Experience with preparing comprehensive work plans, site-specific test plans, and reports
  • Experience with Source level Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems
  • Ability to supervise field teams during testing and sampling.
  • Ability to work at heights and meet the job's physical demands, including lifting heavy equipment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Source Testing Individual Certification (QSTI)
  • Experience with U.S. EPA Electronic Reporting Tool software
