The Vice President of Quality Assurance, Warranty, and Customer Service is responsible for overseeing and directing all Company QA and Warranty operations, as well as, overseeing Customer Service.
The VP QA, Warranty, and Customer Service will assist Director of QA and Regional Warranty Managers when tensions have arisen with both trades and homeowners, ensuring all assigned work is completed and customer service is upheld according to Stylecraft quality standards while adhering to set quality budgets.
They will be responsible for conducting training and ongoing supervision of Warranty Managers, Warranty Technicians, and associated trades in assigned geographic area.
The VP QA, Warranty, and Customer Service will collaborate with VP Construction in facilitating a teamwork attitude that ensure open communication resulting in highly efficient work environment where all parties are treated fairly.
The result provided the level of service required to achieve the established customer and department goals.Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with fifteen (15) plus years related experience; or
- Technical Degree in Construction with ten (10) plus years related experience; or
- Bachelors of Science Degree;
- Minimum of six (6) years' experience in upper management with proven leadership ability; required
- Experience in residential construction processes and general repair, including water intrusion, mold certification, and mold remediation knowledge; required
- TREC Certified; required
- A valid driver's license and a vehicle capable or carrying supplies and willing to drive among designated communities in daytime and nighttime. Ability to travel as needed in general.
- Experience working with homeowners and strong customer service skills and mindset.
- Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with problemsolving attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple demands, priorities, and deadlines.
- Flexible and results oriented with the ability to manage change.
