Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients. This role involves maintaining existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mobile technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service.

Sales Growth:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.

Client Support:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.

Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of our product range and keep up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases.

Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on account status, sales metrics, and market feedback for management review.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and satisfaction.


Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategies to address them.
Manage the sales representatives.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or account management, preferably in the mobile accessories or consumer electronics industry.


Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
