PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute against profitable annual/season sales plansDevelop & make fact-based sales presentations using category and market knowledge.
Maintains strong Industry, Category, and Product knowledge.
Shares this information with assigned customers.
Provide S+OP and Demand Planning team with product level forecasts at the account level.
Follow the appropriate Channel Strategy for assigned accounts.
Addresses and responds to customer concerns and problemsManages an annual trade promotions fundResponsible for managing end to end planogram updates and executionDevelop and ensure flawless execution of seasonal merchandising programsProvides Sales Leadership with monthly financial forecast @ customer or channel levelJOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- 4 years CPG industry sales experiencePrevious experience managing 3rd Party brokers preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skillsSolid negotiation and execution skillsSolid to strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Strong PC/Software Skills and UsageStrong knowledge and application of available selling tools, i.e. strategic selling platform.
