Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders. Ensure all items are accurately picked and packed to maintain order integrity and customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management:
Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Report discrepancies and assist with inventory reconciliation.

Receiving and Inspection:
Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage or discrepancies, and accurately log received items into the inventory system.

Warehouse Organization:
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Ensure products are stored in the correct locations to optimize space and accessibility.

Shipping Coordination:
Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. Prepare shipping documentation and labels as required.

Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

Equipment Operation:
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.

Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals. Assist in training new employees as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics role preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)

Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Forklift certification is a plus
