Print and affix shipping labels, palletize shipments, and load trucks for outbound delivery.

Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies; assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including sweeping, dusting, and disposing of packing materials.

Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines, including proper handling of hazardous materials and use of personal protective equipment.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners; certification may be required.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks such as counting, picking, and packing.

Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.

Basic math skills for inventory management, counting, and measuring.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
