Position Summary

The role involves unloading returning delivery vehicles and preparing next-day delivery shipments according to established picking and loading protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine daily delivery paperwork prior to order picking.
  • Prepare and organize loads in the designated staging area.
  • Unload delivery trucks upon return.
  • Load bulk items and freight according to delivery instructions and bulk container arrangements.
  • Ensure the security of loads and delivery equipment.
  • Return delivery paperwork to the appropriate slots for drivers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse as needed.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Work Schedule

Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM.

Qualifications

Experience operating a forklift is essential.

Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Education and Experience

A minimum of one year of general warehouse experience is required.

A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
