About the role:

As a Creative Director, you will provide creative direction and be enthusiastic about diving into the design work alongside the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction and vision for brand development, campaigns, and experiential activations.
  • Bring fresh and groundbreaking conceptual thinking in partnership with the best creative minds to create transformative work across print, digital, experiential & beyond.
  • Push creative thinking to new and unprecedented places - but also have a plan to make it work
  • Collaborate & Design alongside design team to conceptualize, design, and execute creative projects.
  • Implement the overarching creative direction and vision for the Brand and team as well as bring proactive leadership to the entire company
  • Apply strong working knowledge of the fundamentals of new and standard social and digital platforms and technologies to briefs and proactive opportunities
  • Skillfully produce work across a variety of platforms and mediums: social, digital, film, OOH, and emerging platforms such as augmented reality (AR)
  • Provide leadership through building the vision and mission of the agency
  • Manage multiple projects, clients, and budgets within deadlines
  • Assist in determining assignments for the creative department
  • Ensure the growth of individual team members
  • Build strong relationships with multi-levels of clients (internal channel owners), and deepen their knowledge of interactive marketing and reliance on emerging internal studio
Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years' experience in building global brand stories with a strong portfolio showcasing successful brand campaigns and experiential activations.
  • Proven conceptual ability across channels, digital and non-digital
  • Highly Proficient in the Adobe Suite & Figma design environments
  • Ability to technically design alongside a growing design team: Print & Digital
  • Proven leadership across disciplines and channels at an integrated agency
  • Passion & Excitement for joining the brand side
  • Extensive experience in digital design and physical print.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and user experience.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a regulated industry, with the ability to navigate and comply with industry- specific regulations.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude with a desire to drive continuous improvement
