Position Summary:

Join LEO Events as a Talent & People Manager and be a key player in our Human Resources department. We are looking for someone who can drive our organization forward by attracting and retaining exceptional talent, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting professional growth.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the company's talent needs through recruitment strategies.
    • Develop relationships with colleges for talent sourcing.
    • Network at industry events and on LinkedIn.
    • Collaborate on crafting job descriptions aligned with company values.
  • Provide support to new employees in their first 90 days.
  • Facilitate professional development and succession planning.
  • Design and implement training programs.
  • Establish a comprehensive mentorship program.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Participate in client programs as needed.
  • Travel to various offices and work remotely as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of HR experience.
Competencies:
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Relationship building.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email tools.
Environmental Conditions and Physical Demands:

The role may involve extended periods of computer work, standing, and walking in a comfortable office setting.
