Corporate Accounting Manager

to join our team The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has the ability to work autonomously while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Company’s financial statements. The candidate should be a high performer with significant accounting and financial statement analysis experience while also highly capable with ERP systems. This role will report directly to the Director of Corporate Accounting and will be responsible for compliance with SEC regulations, manage the corporate accounting close processes, and provide leadership to the corporate accounting team. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required) Four (4) or more years’ Experience in a related field (Required) Strong understanding of IT systems, Excel, and other applicable reporting tools (Required) Experience with Accounting Software (SAP, Preferred) Licensed Certified Public Accountant (Preferred) JOB REQUIREMENTS

Regulatory Knowledge Auditing Managing People Leading Diverse Team Excellent analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Responsible for the oversight of corporate accounting, ensuring transactions and balances are recorded in the general ledger system accurate and timely, and adhere to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits. Perform analysis of actuals to comparative periods and budget to ensure integrity of financial results. Ensure compliance of internal controls and business processes. Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accountants. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and training. Collaborate cross functionally to meet organizational goals of implementing best in class process. Process improvement aimed at optimizing automation and efficiency. CORE COMPETENCIES
