Entry Level Assistant- Marketing

Job Description

We are a company focused on marketing and acquiring customers, dedicated to providing top-notch products/services to potential clients. Currently, we're looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to be part of our growing team and help with our expansion plans in San Rafael. As a Marketing Assistant, you'll have a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives and building strong customer relationships.

  • Collaborate with sales team to implement marketing campaigns aligned with sales goals
  • Maintain a professional and friendly approach when engaging with potential customers
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with other team members
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, competition, and product improvements to contribute effectively to marketing discussions
  • Participate in lead generation and customer outreach activities to gain hands-on sales and marketing experience

Qualifications for Marketing Assistant:

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Proficiency in using computers or iPads
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or marketing is advantageous

The ideal candidate should be a local resident with reliable daily transportation to the office and able to start within two weeks if offered the position.
