Duties include:

  • Check-in procedures
  • Answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • Data entry tasks
  • Coordinating Transportation via LYFT
  • Generating stat reports through EClinical Works and Google Docs daily
  • Assisting patients with paperwork
  • Uploading and organizing documentation into EHR

Preferred Experience in:

  • EHR and Paper Charts systems
  • Medical Referrals
  • Handling Medical Records Requests
  • Knowledge of HIPAA Compliance

Work hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 7pm with a lunch break from 1-3pm. Fridays, 9am-1pm. Overtime opportunities after 40 hours. Occasional Saturday shifts from 9am-1pm may be required (not more than twice per month).
