Position Summary: Provide bandwidth, thought partnership & execution focus to the SVP by assisting in annual and quarterly planning, project management, business case development

and analysis, and representing the SVP with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning

Assist and communicate with leaders in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation

Oversee critical initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of the SVP

Review, design, and execute improvements to processes to drive efficiency and productivity

Liaise with the Administrative Assistant to proactively plan and manage the calendar

Develop and build on relationships with employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with SVP and other executives on special projects

Handle inquiries on behalf of the SVP, develop action plans, assist with preparation for different meetings & events, and dissemination of communication

Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function

Education: A bachelor's degree is required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Experience:


10+ years of experience in an operational role

Experience in data analysis and budget management
