Identify potential problems and establish solutions with sales support network. Give timely attention to customer comments and complaints and advise Area Sales manager, Branch Manager, and/or distributors of such. Possess knowledge of Sherwin-Williams' competitive advantages. Act as key technical knowledge source by staying up to date on industry and product change.

Control expenses, remaining within budget, and maintain required records/documentation and submit required reports, documentation, and summaries as required by management.

Efficiently budget technical support calls to ensure the best use of time and company resources. Maintain accurate records of all demonstrations. Make delivery of product as needed ensuring customer's quality and service expectations are met. Conduct self in professional manner to ensure customers' quality and service expectations are met. Operate vehicle in accordance with all state and federal laws while maintaining an acceptable personal driving record. Adhere to company safety standards at all times Suggests new products that are introduced if applicable. Implements or create procedures that will help the customer in avoiding issues or allow them to improve their process. Enter all calls in CRM with detailed and accurate comments. Troubleshoot product quality issues that may occur and implement solutions. Additional duties as assigned.
