As a Housekeeping Supervisor your duty is not only to oversee all duties performed by the housekeeping staff; but to also develop and implement strategies to improve the functioning of the housekeeping department, have excellent management skills and ensure that all operations run smoothly as well as, efficiently.


Responsibilities:

Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting working to ensure hotel policies and procedures are being adhered to.
Report any equipment, furniture, or maintenance tasks in need of repair or replacement immediately.
Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as required.
Replenish bath care products and essentials.
Issues cleaning supplies and equipment to the team as necessary.
Performing various cleaning duties.

Ensure that all staff members on the team comply with all health and safety, as well as fire prevention and hygiene regulations.

  • Proven housekeeping or hospitality experience.
  • The ability to multitask and able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work flex shifts (AM or PM)
  • Ability to work with no supervision while meeting highperformance standards.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fastpaced, multicultural environment.
