Machine Operator I

Your Role Responsibilities

  • Prepare machines for production by setting tools and parameters based on work order details
  • Execute operations while overseeing machine/production processes and adhering to documented procedures
  • Inspect manufactured parts, detect defects, discard flawed items, and adhere to proper protocols
  • Assist in machine repair, preventing downtime, and conducting inspections
  • Adhere to safety and production regulations, ensuring correct utilization of personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently

Your Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Aptitude for using measuring instruments and identifying defects
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal English instructions
  • Proficiency in operating basic machinery within a manufacturing setting
  • Strong visual acuity
  • Capability to lift moderate to heavy objects when necessary

External applicants should have authorization to work in the US without requiring an employment visa or sponsorship

Preferred

  • Previous experience with power tools
