Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage processes for the assembly, commissioning, and testing of prototypes or specialized machinery, tools, and associated equipment.
- Implement established methods, procedures, and tools during assembly tasks.
- Oversee assembly operations conducted by Operators and deliver practical training on new equipment.
- Understand requirements and offer suitable recommendations.
- Utilize specific equipment and a variety of specialized tools and machines, ensuring their operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; consideration for an Associate of Science degree with approximately 5 years of experience in specialized machinery software design or commissioning, or a journeyman's license with 8 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Electrical Hardware and Mechanical Design.
- Proficient in PLC and PC systems (Siemens, MC100, ECU).
- Demonstrated experience with Servo Presses, including KUE (Schaeffler Measurement System).
- Expertise in robotics (Kuka, Staubli, Fanuc, UR).
- Proven experience with hydraulics and pneumatics, as well as Machine Vision Systems (Cognex, Keyence) and Laser Marking Systems (Trumf, Keyence, Foba).
