Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage processes for the assembly, commissioning, and testing of prototypes or specialized machinery, tools, and associated equipment.
• Implement established methods, procedures, and tools during assembly tasks.
• Oversee assembly operations conducted by Operators and deliver practical training on new equipment.
• Understand requirements and offer suitable recommendations.
• Utilize specific equipment and a variety of specialized tools and machines, ensuring their operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; consideration for an Associate of Science degree with approximately 5 years of experience in specialized machinery software design or commissioning, or a journeyman's license with 8 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Electrical Hardware and Mechanical Design.
• Proficient in PLC and PC systems (Siemens, MC100, ECU).
• Demonstrated experience with Servo Presses, including KUE (Schaeffler Measurement System).
• Expertise in robotics (Kuka, Staubli, Fanuc, UR).
• Proven experience with hydraulics and pneumatics, as well as Machine Vision Systems (Cognex, Keyence) and Laser Marking Systems (Trumf, Keyence, Foba).
