Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all safety protocols, reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions promptly.
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of a designated set of looms, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Prepare looms for production by installing gears and verifying setup against production specifications.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment failures and ensure high-quality output.
  • Document all maintenance activities, including parts used and repairs made, to maintain accurate records.
  • Respond swiftly to any mechanical issues, troubleshooting and resolving faults to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the weaving area to promote a safe working environment.
  • Possess a strong mechanical aptitude, with a requirement to pass a mechanical skills assessment.
  • Prior experience in machinery repair and troubleshooting is essential for this role.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.30 per hour upon completion of training
