Job Summary:
Assist the Executive Chef in food preparation and cooking tasks, overseeing kitchen activities, and ensuring quality service standards are met.
- Cook and prepare food following set recipes and standards, meeting production schedules.
- Supervise food service associates, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards, ensuring proper food handling and presentation.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and product deliveries, notifying management of shortages.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
