As a Senior Construction Estimator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our success by accurately estimating project costs and contributing to our continued growth.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities of a Construction Chief Estimator include:
Analyze project plans, specifications, and contract documents to understand project requirements thoroughly.
Conduct on-site evaluations to assess site conditions, logistics, and potential challenges.
Utilize industry-standard software and tools to prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to gather relevant information and insights.
Evaluate and negotiate vendor and subcontractor bids to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
Prepare comprehensive bid proposals and presentations for clients, highlighting cost breakdowns, value engineering opportunities, and project timelines.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to enhance estimating accuracy and competitiveness.

The Successful ApplicantThe Successful Construction Chief Estimator will have:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of [X] years of experience in construction estimating, with a proven track record of successfully bidding and winning projects across various markets.

Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, RSMeans) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project documents and specifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
