We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Attorney with a strong background in wage and hour class/representative action cases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and the ability to handle cases independently from start to finish. Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience and will include competitive bonuses. Previous defense experience is advantageous.

Applicants should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional research abilities, strong organizational and analytical capabilities, experience with California State and Federal civil procedures, including discovery and law and motion, and a genuine commitment to championing employees' rights.
