Overview:

The School Admissions Representative at Renaissance Career Institute plays a vital role in recruiting and enrolling students. Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving assigned enrollments and start budgets
  • Presenting complete and factual information about programs of study
  • Explaining institution procedures, policies, tuition, and financial aid options
  • Conducting college tours and contacting prospective students
  • Ensuring students are well-informed about the enrollment process

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed enrollment targets
  • Understand and communicate program details accurately
  • Follow institutional policies and procedures
  • Inform students about financial aid options ethically
  • Conduct college tours and contact prospective students
  • Enroll students to meet start rates
  • Perform necessary follow-up activities
  • Attend regular meetings with supervisors
  • Perform other assigned duties

Non-Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist with paperwork
  • Enter student information into the system
  • Schedule financial aid appointments
  • Complete enrollment processes
  • Issue student IDs
  • Availability for weekends and holidays if needed

Educational Requirements:

Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in educational sales recruitment is advantageous.
