As an Admissions Outreach Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include promoting our educational programs and assisting prospective students in making informed choices regarding their academic journey. You will engage in outbound communications with potential students, addressing their inquiries, providing detailed information about our offerings, and facilitating the enrollment process. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining precise records and documentation concerning student interactions.
This role requires an individual who is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, possessing strong communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused approach and the capacity to effectively convey the advantages of our programs to prospective students. A genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting student success are vital for this position.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound communications with prospective students, offering insights into our programs and admissions procedures.
- Assist potential students in navigating the enrollment process, including collecting necessary documentation and guiding them through each step.
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective students to ensure a seamless transition into their educational experience.
- Follow up with interested prospective students who have not yet completed their enrollment.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to prospective students throughout the application and enrollment phases.
- Maintain accurate and current records of all student interactions and inquiries.
- Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales, ideally in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary to accommodate prospective students' schedules.
