Position: Behavioral Health Clinical Program Therapist
- Develop and implement educational programs to address patients' psychological needs.
- Play a key role in treatment team planning, promoting patient and family involvement.
- Deliver clinical services focused on psychiatric crisis stabilization and mental health management.
- Lead group therapy sessions and educational groups to model healthy behaviors for patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation reflecting behavior, thoughts, and responses.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and respect in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, and referrals as necessary.
- Contribute to treatment planning and updates, collaborating with the care team.
- Apply knowledge of human development stages to provide appropriate care across age groups.
- Participate in weekend assessments, group therapy, and on-call duties as required.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Counseling.
- Active State Licensure for independent practice in relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the discipline.
