Behavioral Health Clinical Program Therapist

WellBridge Healthcare, a leading provider of behavioral health services, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Program Therapist to join our team at one of our hospitals in Fort Worth, Texas.

We specialize in compassionate care for individuals struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. Our approach is built on a psychosocial model of care, focusing on resilience, recovery, and restoration.

As a Clinical Program Therapist, you will play a key role in our multidisciplinary treatment team, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver curriculum to meet the psychological needs of patients.
  • Participate in treatment planning, encouraging patient and family involvement.
  • Provide clinical services aimed at stabilizing psychiatric crises and promoting healthy mental health management.
  • Co-facilitate group psychotherapy and facilitate psychoeducational focus groups.
  • Document patient care and information accurately and legibly.
  • Interact with others in a nonjudgmental, assertive, and respectful manner.
  • Offer brief individual, group, and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention and referrals.
  • Review charts and provide input on patient progress.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Professional Counseling.
  • Independent Practice Scope Licensure in the State of Practice.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
