Responsibilities:
  • Utilize available resources to select appropriate assessments and complete all necessary components for client evaluations within the required timeframe.
  • Conduct various assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
  • Prepare detailed reports, including functional behavior assessments, treatment plans, intervention strategies, and discharge summaries.
  • Provide behavioral skills training to educate direct care staff on the necessary skills for client programs. Regularly monitor progress and adjust programs as needed.
  • Train and oversee behavior technicians in implementing ABA procedures and interventions.
  • Develop personalized programs based on client and caregiver needs.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a team environment.
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
  • Demonstrated integrity and adherence to ethical standards, HIPAA regulations, and company policies.
  • Physical ability to move, stand, sit, and lift items up to 50 lbs. as required.
